Charged me $265 call out fee ,which was not mentioned in email enquiry and then told needed to be cleaned.This was additional $285 to clean the indoor air conditioner unit on another day.Not happy, will not recommend this company.Terry

Would like to commend the service I just received from Wayelec. I received a quote for repairs from OMEGA which totalled $2,653. Asked for a quote from Wayelec and it was $1780.The installers were professional, and provided great service. They ALSO ended up saving be an additional $700 because of what was listed as needed to repair from Omega did not actually need replacing.They could have easily charged me for that work as I know nothing about air cons but they didn't.Thanks to the guys at Wayelec

Our dental surgery needed a new window unit air conditioner urgently recently due to our old one breaking down. It broke down just before we were to go on holidays, Murphy’s Law, the service we received from Wayelec was exceptional. A call to their office and Allison organised a site assessment the next day for measure up, Tom arrived punctually and all sorted. New unit ordered, time set up for installation and right on time the new Braemar unit was installed expertly by the team( Wayne , Tom and Brad). Really happy with the new air con.Can’t recommend Wayelec highly enough!!

I just want to say a huge thank you to Alison who was incredibly helpful and kind. After calling a few companies, Wayelec was the only one who answered the phone. The others didn't answer phone or emails except one who wanted to charge me a ridiculous amount just to come out and give me a quote.I called Wayelec and Alison walked me through some steps to check whether there really was a problem. I followed her instructions while she stayed on the phone with me and they worked!I have recorded Wayelec's contact details as my go to company for air conditioning service and maintenence.Thank you so much for your help Alison!

Simply Amazing!!! I will only ever use Wayelec in the future. Alison was lovely to speak to to arrange a visit and their technicians are simply SUPERB, all of the guys that we had at our premises were super friendly and informative. Nothing was any trouble to them. They installed our air conditioner, quickly and left the place cleaner than before.Do not hesitate to use this company, you WILL NOT be disappointed.

The serviceman took 45 minutes to check the heating system and found no result Not recommending thiscompany. (nothing wrong) ? also, damaging the outside panels and cleaning for $240 without inspecting the compress or insides the roof

Poor customer service. Called fo arrange a quote for a replacement ducted system as current system unable to be fixed and was told they won't do quotes/install new systems until after the summer season ends as they are only focussing on repairs. It is great that they look after current customers with breakdowns but clearly they have no interest in getting new customers.
