Spencer Panels

I've had a bad experience with a panel beater in the past so I was nervous about going through the process again. But, the pride and care that Spencer panels took was incredible. I'll go nowhere else now, but hopefully not soon...

Excellent service and experience for the repair of our Skoda in late 2022.First of all, David answered our questions professionally before the repair. After sending our car for the repair, we received weekly progress update through SMS which gave us enough transparency. The fix was on time and we were able to collect the car before Christmas. When we get the car back, it looks like new and we are fascinated by the work being done. Radar calibration (which was important on a VW car) was also included in the repair. We have put another 2500 KM on the car and it is still looking great.Highly recommend if you need any repair on your car and you are with RACV for the car insurance. The whole progress was seamless and we are grateful that we have chosen Spencer Panels.

It was an unfortunate accident that allowed me to find about this place. Sitting by the car I saw this beautiful red tow truck appear something right out of the old days. And while I was having a chat with him he mentioned Spencer Panels but being a bit reluctant to say yes a friend of mine who was with me said they do fantastic work. And that they do their work is magnificent and you notice that by the amount of cars that are there waiting to be repaired. They have a great set up and not only it looks professional they are top professionals as they have only their work to speak about them. They have to be good because word it mouth is your best advertising

Dealing with an insurance claim was made to almost feel like a pleasure thanks to the Spencer Panels team. The staff at Spencer Panels have given me one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had from any business, and that's no exaggeration. They will take care of you from the moment you step into their workshop, to the moment you drive out (literally...they will guide you out into the traffic to ensure you depart safely). Dont bother looking elsewhere if you need repairs done to your car, and just book a job through these guys. I actually ended up picking my car up almost a week earlier than the scheduled completion date (during the Christmas rush as well!!!) Thank you Spencer Panels for your amazing work and service.

Most excellent service , second to none! David and team are fantastic to deal with, nothing is too much trouble. Work is amazing . Clive is very pleasant to deal with . The behind the scenes staff Kate and Sheree are lovely too. Would recommend highly!

I have now been to Spencer Panels (as recommended by our Volkswagen dealer) on two occasions over the past five years, the most recent was last month. On both occasions I found them to be totally professional, taking great pride in the work they do. They exceeded my expectations with my repairs, and I would have no hesitations in recommending them to any of my friends.

Impeccable service with a smile.I would give more stars if I could! I am so glad my insurer sent me here after an unfortunate accident. The team at Spencer Panel are professional, friendly, highly communicative and most importantly; experts at their job. My car came back looking better than brand new! Although I had quite a lengthy wait time for the necessary parts (no fault of Spencer Panels), the team made me feel looked after, valued and cared for. I was regularly updated with the timelines and progress, any questions (no matter how ‘stupid’) was answered. It’s never nice having to be involved in an accident or experience damage on your car but if it happens, cross your fingers that your insurer sends you to Dave, Cheree and the team.
