Stove Connection

I needed a LPG conversion kit for my new second hand stove and contacted Stove Connection for advice. David was wonderful.For a start he answered the phone whereas the manufacturer of the stove did not! He undertook to determine the correct unit numbers to order online and, furthermore, to access a manual. David was pleasant and courteous and I was so grateful for the trouble he took on my behalf.As if that is not credit enough, I contacted Stove Connection nearly a month later. My order was stuck somewhere in the postal system. David re-sent the stove parts even though Stove Connection had fulfilled the original order and, what's more, the parts arrived in record time!Needless to say, I commend Stove Connection for their exemplary customer service. David deserves a Christmas bonus.

I recently had to find new seals for my oven which is very old. The brand itself doesn’t have parts any longer than 10 years. I used the internet and found stove connections. I rang them and they were so helpful. I sent some photos and they responded with the parts I would need. I ordered them and was Emailed as to when they were posted and when they were expected to arrive. I picked them up and found they fit perfectly. The service was wonderful and the people I spoke to were extremely pleasant and helpful. I can’t speak highly enough of my experience. Particularly as I don’t do much on line.

I’m usually too lazy to leave reviews but in this case I really have to. What a great customer service! I was looking for a spare part and David kept me updated on the search, then quote and every time I had a question he answered so promptly. David and the team were so wonderful. I needed to replace the oven seal on an old oven for which I didn’t have the serial number. With some photos and measurements the team were able to work out exactly the parts I needed. I am so happy with their service and expertise.
