Look, its fair to say that Just Cuts holds a get what you pay for" reputation. I approached the service with the desire for a no frills hair cut

I have natural curls and she cut it into perfect layers. She crossed checked all the sections and it looks really good. I'm very happy

Diane was an absolute legend. I was grinning out of the shop. Her service was the best I have ever experienced from a hairdresser! She was fun to have a chat with while my long locks were cut -- laughs and smiles all over and importantly, an awesome looking haircut in the end! Certainly recommend Diane. Another lady hairdresser put down the good vibes beforehand when a customer asked if she was OK (because she looked very frustrated) to which hairdresser responded 'why?'. Wait times and workplace synergy was not the best - need to improve there. That was a shame to see and I would otherwise rate the business lower, but I am just so wrapped about the experience I had with Diane and glad I waited my turn. It should be a relaxing and fun experience, which it was! I truly recommend her! Diane has just recently returned to the workforce after caring for her kids, which really reinforces her naturally friendly personality for service and her meticulous styling skills. I'll certainly see you again Diane! Thank you :)

I went in for a haircut yesterday, wanting a drastic change - from extremely long curly hair to a very short hairdo, a fade with a bit of quiff on top.I was helped by an incredibly friendly team - Kikki and Bradley and not only Kikki did do a great job with the cut ( I have extremely thick, curly, coarse and voluminous hair!), but both of them offered me an abundance of tips on how to care for my new hairdo. Will be coming back, definitely!

Haircut was average and the interaction between the hairdresser was very awkward.

Bradley cut my mother in laws hair and did a great job. He was very nice and happy to explain and give tips of how to style her hair. Great chat also :)

I believe i have left looking like a 12 year old boy. to start off with, my sister and i git our hair cut and they sent us 3 different messages saying it was our turn and we would turn and would be reminded “they are still people infront of you” so we would leave. The staff also kept calling us by the wrong name and had a level of attitude to us coming back after we booked our appointment. in addition i asked for shoulder length hair and some face framing pieces very minimal and at my chin. i expressed it clearly to the lady and i now have hair at my freaking chin and a virtual fringe. i can’t even tie my hair up and i have a job which i need my hair own or my fave and back. i’m sorry but if you want a good haircut don’t go to just cuts. not worth the time or money. i wouldn’t even give at a 1 star rating sorry but i’m not at all

Really friendly staff and kid friendly too. Kiki cut my daughters hair and made it a really lovely experience for her
