MDC were really great to deal with, Luke Sheldon (our salesman) was quick to reply and had our van ready to go in no time. Luke also helped us with good aftersales service.When I went to pick up the van, the team was willing to assist with any queries I had and made sure I was happy when i left.Unfortunately I am currently dealing with several ongoing warranty issues, so my rating has been downgraded.

Took my Robson XTT for it's maiden voyage last weekend. What a great investment. Luke was excellent explaining the features of the camper and the hand over was great, with April helping along way. Luke's after sale support has been excellent, even walking me through on the phone, how to get the hot water and gas going once I got set up on site. Highly recommended.

Luke and his team have been extremely helpful and informational in both the purchase, Shipping, delivery and handover of our new XT 16HR East West.Have done our first trip after stocking up the van travelled really well. Just two hours south of Perth. Impressed with quality, driveability!!

Had an excellent exlerience and service from the team at MDC welshpool. From sales with luke to handover with Wes which was amazing. Cant rate the team highly enough. Loving the Forbes 15+ and you can tell the team love there jobs. I am quite a difficult customer and Luke was happy to answer questions always.

Picked up our Forbes 13 on the 23rd December from MDC Welshpool. Luke Sheldon and the team were amazing throughout the whole process and the handover from Dee was perfect, really explained everything and was happy to take the time to make sure we were happy with our new van.If you are in the market for a new van I would highly recommend a visit to MDC for their excellent customer service and fantastic products; we love our new Forbes 13, she's already been up north on the beach in Lucky Bay, can't wait for the adventures to come...

Just purchased an MDC 15-4 mk 2 from Ascot showrooms in Perth . Had handover from Wes yesterday and was highly impressed. He was very knowledgeable and explained to us all aspects of the caravan. We couldn’t have been happier with our handover. Also thanks to Luke for guiding us through the process. Great product and looking forward to new adventures.
