My ancient computor systems for my business have been kept alive since the early 2000's by Digby...three total rebuilds ,a power out back up , security cameras linked to our phones and our windows 98 program running in a virtual world vmware program number 15....He winges, he grumbles tells you (his client) off..But he gets the job done and if its almost impossible and he has to teach himself how to do the job he is too fair to charge you for his downtime. I estimate Digby has saved me $50,000!!!!

My hard drive crashed and I thought I had lost all my photos.Digby was able to restore all my photos, fix my computer and offer some good advise.

My wife had a problem with her macbook pro screen, and when we first went to the apple store they gave us a very expensive quote, where it might have been better off buying a new macbook air. She contacted Digby to ask a quote for the screen replacement, which is half of what apple would have charged, and Digby was kind enough to let her know that it is actually a known problem for the type of macbook that she has, sending us a link to an article which shows that there was actually an apple program for a free screen replacement for her macbook type. So we went back to apple and had it replaced for free under that program. Thanks Digby for responding so kindly to us, we will definitely come to your store for future repair needs.
