Sephora @ Robina Town Centre

Would be five stars if I didn’t have to come back three times to find the right products and skin colour for me. However after my second visit in terms of being unsatisfied with my foundation chosen for my skin tone and concealer I came back the third time on the 22/11/2022 in tears because I just wanted to feel beautiful with the right products. The manager was on and he was absolutely wonderful and directed me to another makeup artist who was beyond brilliant! I didn’t catch her name but she was understanding and patient even when I was in tears with being overwhelmed! I went home and finally tried on all my products together with my fenty hydration primer and needless to say everything finally was the perfect match for me. I’m disappointed I had to come back so many times but I’m glad I’ve got what I was looking for! Thankyou guys.

I went in recently and was helped by Jade. She was SO wonderful and helped me with foundation matching - I had a lot of very specific requirements and needed to match my tan (not my face). Jade was super nice and helpful and took her time to find me a great match!

Went in just last night with the intention of restocking my entire makeup collection as i have just returned to worked and am looking to get back into wearing makeup. I made eye contact with three staff members (two girls and a boy) and was ignored by all three, I noticed that they were more than happy to tend to the other customers in the store but no matter what it felt as if the staff intentionally moved away from the area I was in to avoid helping me. I left without purchasing anything despite all the products I wanted being available, I was disappointed to say the least.

Came into the store today and was greeted by a lovely man, I’m not sure of his name! I was after a liquid lip product but was unsure of what one. He directed me to the Sephora range and gave me a run down of why he thought those ones. He was so friendly and helpful and had such a nice energy that I had a really great experience in the store.

I have always had really great experiences with the employees here. Spent 30 minutes with Jess V talking through products and preferences, she really has knowledge and passion about the products and beauty in general. She made sure I was so well looked after and confident in my purchases.

I honestly could not rave enough about the experience I had today. I had real honest feedback about every product I asked for and in the end walked out with something completely different. I never felt pressured to purchase anything, she gave me her undivided attention, made me feel confident and beautiful and never once made feel like an inconvenience, even though I felt like I took up so much of her time. I was so comfortable around her like she was my best friend and she build a genuine connection with meLetitia you are a queen and a huge asset to Sephora

Thursday i went late night shopping and spoke to Riley. Amazing customer service, he helped me straight away with finding the right foundation product that I was looking for. I am going to a Wedding in Mackay and needed heaps more products but was unsure with what colour I was & what brands to get. Riley then introduced me to Anna, as she would be able to help me further.Highly highly recommend speaking with Anna to help with any makeup related questions, she was bubbly and excited to help me, Anna took the time and effort to help me find the right shade of foundation and concealer. Anna also helped me with the right products to use based on my skin type (combination) and the best makeup cleanser for my face where i won’t break out after using.$400 worth of makeup products later, but definitely all worth it for the beautiful products and customer service I received from both employees. I will be back & can’t wait to speak to Anna and Riley on my next visit.

Awful experience. The product I was after was sold out in my shade, despite their website saying they were in stock. When I asked an employee if there was anymore stock, I was quite rudely told ‘no’, and then left without any more assistance. All employees ignored my question, and I received more judgemental looks than actual service. All other customers who came into the store were greeted or assisted. When I went to checkout, the woman at the counter left suddenly, and didn’t return until minutes later. Absolutely terrible, and such frustrating service.

I had a fantastic experience today with one of the servers there I didn’t get his name but he was incredibly kind and helpful and gave me some great recommendations, I absolutely love the new products I got today because they didn’t have any of my usuals left. Definitely keeping these new products as my new go to.
