Every experience I’ve had has been extremely negative. 40 minute wait for a script and turns out they didn’t call it after it was ready. Refused sick certificates, refused prescriptions. Always rude staff, especially the head pharmacist. Been to other Terry Whites and have been treated so kindly and have had everything explained to me thoroughly. I wouldn’t expect anything of the sort from this branch. Don’t waste your time.

I bought HPV vaccine here and the experience was terrible. The first girl who came to me was good but the male doctor was making me a little uncomfortable with his indifferent (or dismissive?) look. He got my last name wrong, and he didn’t tell me that the vaccine should be stored in the fridge, which is very important otherwise the efficiency will be reduced. He said nothing, not even a kind smile! I won’t come to this pharmacy again.

this has been my go-to pharmacy for years! with their recent upgrade on their dispensing machine, I am in awe!! Plus, I get to do my shopping and get my prescriptions all in one place without having to drive around different places! So convenient!

GP told me to get my HPV vaccine from the pharmacy, but when I came here with the prescription, the pharmacist (an elderly man) told me that they don’t provide this vaccine, only the doctor does, in a dismissive attitude.So I got an appointment with the nurse at the GP, and the nurse said I need to purchase the vaccine from the chemist. I ended up going to a different terry white chemist and got the prescription I needed in 10 mins.I just wish the pharmacist had more idea of what he’s talking about so I didn’t have to run around in circles.Probably won’t be coming back for prescriptions for their dismissive attitude

The weirdest experience. The pharmacist refused to sell me 2x a 24 pack of paracetamol/ibuprofen today, one for work and one for home. I am a health professional too but didn't press the matter or reasons for his decision. Of course I could have bought a 100 pack of paracetamol and a 100 pack of ibuprofen, ie 4x the amount he refused me. I'm taking my business elsewhere. What a nob.
