I have been seeing Justin at Rise Nutrition for the past 4 weeks, and have already noticed really positive changes. I have lost weight, my waist measurement has reduced significantly and I feel so much better in myself already. Justin is very professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. I highly recommend seeing Justin for diet and nutrition counselling. I am so glad I made that first appointment even though I was nervous.
