This bassinet really helped when we got home from hospital - so much so we kept our little one in one until she was 20 weeks! It was great not having to bend over to pick her up/put her down. Steve was really helpful - he dropped it off with not much notice, and picked it up as soon as we were finished. We’d certainly recommend to anyone needing to hire a bassinet

Such a convenience! Our twins were born and transport around the house and other family members was tricky. We were able to contact Steve and get two bassinets quickly. The rates are reasonable, timeframe you set yourself and it is so helpful. I wish I’d know about this company when I had my first three children. Helps with bath times, change time, snack time and naps. No need to worry when these are available for hire. Prompt service, great price, delivery and collection and local for me. Highly recommend for new mums or singles or multiples, my twins even fit into the one until they were three months old.

We loved the bassinet, it made everything so much easier being able to wheel bub around the house so I could keep an eye on her whether I was in the bathroom, lounge or kitchen. And at night, the bassinet fit perfectly beside the bed.Steve's customer service is excellent, and he was able to bring over a bassinet at very short notice when bub was born 5 weeks premmie, three weeks before we had it booked. It made a very stressful time much easier!I'd definitely recommend hiring this, my only wish is that it came in larger sizes so we could have kept using it after she outgrew it!

Outstanding service! Our first baby was recently born (which is pretty daunting). In hospital we were shown how to put baby to bed and look after baby using a hospital bassinet. We had bought another bassinet, but our little guy is so small it was way too big for him at this time. After a somewhat sleepless night in hospital, I was making coffee in the coffee room and saw a flyer for CoolBub bassinet hire. My wife and I thought it would be a great way to help with the transition from being in hospital (with assistance from nurses etc.) to being on our own at home.I rang Stephen and he was so helpful and friendly. He delivered the hospital bassinet to our door (no need to go all over town to pick one up, or worrying about if your car can fit it in!). It comes hospital grade hygienically clean, with a mattress that fits inside a pillow case and two little accessory trays underneath. Very sturdy metal frame construction, yet both the acrylic bed and frame are super lightweight. Stephen ran us through all of the configurations and care instructions. We love it.If you're in Brisbane, and you've got a newborn (or about to have) I highly recommend considering giving Stephen a call and booking one. It's so easy and you can pay by card on delivery. Extending the hire is super easy as well. One less thing to worry about with a new bub. Thanks CoolBub. Lifesavers!

Renting the bassinet was hands down the best decision I made. It was the most used and useful item during the newborn phase. Delivery was quick and easy and Steve was wonderful to deal with.

Fantastic. Steve is wonderful and was able to deliver 2 bassinets to our place with only 1 days notice (one for upstairs and one for down). These bassinets are awesome, the perspex allows you to see your little one from the sofa or bed and they wipe down really easily if there are any accidents. Storage down the bottom and wheels make them extremely useful. We'd still be using them if our little one didn't grow out of them. Cannot recommend highly enough!
