Illuminate Mind Body Spirit - Spiritual Healing, Meditation and Yoga

I had a great experience learning reiki at illuminate, Vanessa ran classes that were enjoyable and relaxing in every way. I also enjoyed enhancing my meditation practices & meeting new people.

I have had 2 sessions of weight loss Hypnotherapy so far. Vanessa made me feel so welcome and at ease, the room was beautiful and had a relaxing calming energy. When the session started the room melted away and I went into a deep hypnotic state and all I could hear was Vanessa's voice. She tailored the session to my needs and goals so I could get the best outcome. After the sessions I walk away feeling light, floaty and wonderful. So far it has been amazing, I am sticking to my goals and the part of me that usually sabotages my efforts of weight loss has almost disappeared. I have become more conscience of what I eat and how much. I saw immediate results and best of all I have been loosing weight. I highly recommend Illuminate Mind Body Spirit to everyone!!!

This was my second workshop with Vanessa, and things were taken to another energetic level! Vanessa introduced me to the Reiki when I turned up to her Reiki Share meetup almost a year ago. Since then, my life changed in exciting way! Thank you Vanessa you make this world a better place! :)

After seeing Vanessa I feel as if I have more energy and I don't feel as defeated and down on myself. I am feeling happier and more positive and I can't thank Vanessa enough for that! From the minute I saw Vanessa's face I was at ease. Her gorgeous sunny personality and stunning treatment left me feeling recharged and inspired. Her assessment notes after the treatment were like magic and affirmations that I required at that particular time (and beyond!). She is so thorough and what impressed me most is her care in that she then emails you your health plan and the notes. Scrumptious & I would recommend her to anyone and everyone.
