WOODCUT Premium Engineered Timber Flooring Sydney

I used Woodcut floors throughout my entire house. This was done in two stages (at my request) and Woodcut were incredibly accommodating with our changing needs. As with most builds, timelines need to be fluid and Woodcut had no problems in meeting any changing demands and were always so easy to get in contact with.Woodcut were also great in recommending suppliers for installation - we went with Vince at Creative Floor Timber Solutions and were really happy with him..The floors have been in our house for 8 months now and I love them more each day.I would have no hesitation in recommending Woodcut, not only due to the quality of their product, but they are great from a customer service perspective.Many thanks to Anna and the Woodcut team!

We just renovated our Coogee house and installed Woodcut’s Coal floorboards and we absolutely love them! We found it very hard to pick a style/colour of board, but Anna was so very helpful and patient. It’s truly refreshing to shop somewhere without feeling pressure to make decisions quickly or lock in a buy. Anna guided us the whole way (including helping us until the boards were all installed) and the end result was the perfect choice for us! We were sold on the Woodcut product from our first visit to the Sydney showroom. The staff were extremely helpful and explained to us clearly the benefits of choosing engineered flooring. We chose the pearl white for our home and it is just beautiful! Everyone that comes to our house comments on the floors avd his great they look! They are also very easy to clean and maintain! We had a great experience with using Woodcut to supply flooring for our kitchen, living and dining area (Premium Smokey Grey UV Lacquer). The Waterloo showroom provides large scale examples, and Anna was very helpful in exploring the various colours, finishes and grades with us. They also stock quality wood floor cleaning products. The delivery process was timely with quantities as ordered. Our installers commented multiple times on the quality of the flooring and were glad we had chosen Woodcut over other high-end engineered oak products.Unfortunately yesterday a bottle of sparkling red wine exploded in the cupboard where the flooring extends into during our work day. We came home to a disaster! We assume the wood was exposed to the wine for several hours. We were pleasantly surprised how much of the stain could be removed using the cleaning products despite this. I have no doubt had we been home to act more quickly we could have avoided any staining at all.

We recently installed Woodcut’s White Smoked flooring & it has exceeded our expectations. Anna from the Waterloo showroom was extremely helpful & provided us with samples to try “in situ” to assist with our decision making. I had Voss engineered timber floors installed in my home in 2018 and have been really happy with the quality and durability of them. I have been fastidious with following the directions in the warranty, especially with the cleaning of the floor. I use a special wood floor vacuum head as well using a good mop and the special wood floor cleaner. I regularly get compliments on how great it looks and have recommended Woodcut to others.

We've worked as flooring and parquet installers with almost all of the timber flooring suppliers in Sydney over the past 5 years. In our opinion Woodcut are the best engineered flooring supplier in Australia. The caliber of board manufacture is excellent every time. The colour finishes look great and wear very well.
