I was in a pickle whist working around the area with my trailer and the winch battery. Over the phone they checked to see if they had an equivalent battery in stock (yes). So I rocked up 5 mins later and they immediately attended to getting my trailer working right again with some further advice to attend to (I could tell they were busy but they didn’t hesitate to help) So I highly recommend this company.
