These guys are pretty rude and unprofessional.While I was there I overheard a sales rep misleading a customer with some pretty bad information.They also outright refuse any price matching.Umart is just up the road in North Ryde, though only for online collection.Mwave in Homebush has a showroom.Plenty of other businesses around the place - choose another.

Stay away from these people guys. I paid top $$$ for my monitors had problem with both.After jumping through their hoops for weeks, finally got my monitors back and one of them is still not working. I don't know who is making their policies and who's running the show. This is the bottom of customer service that I have ever experienced. I have been purchasing stuff from them from since 2008 when they were called Harris Technology. Just Stay away people and save yourselves a world of pain!!!

Came in store requesting a certain Gigabyte G5 Laptop on special for 1799, 4060 and i5 12500h/ Agent went to collect it, said there's a discount further of $100 which i thought great! However upon booting the laptop found I was given a lesser model with a 4050. Hopefully they will consider an exchange on their error.-Update; could not fault their customer service and the speed it was remedied. Thankyou very much!

Checked Scorptec website for a product. Called the number on the contact page to check if the product is in stock.The person on the line was very helpful and friendly.I put the product on hold and received the pre order email in a minute. Les than 5 minutes later I got an email that my order is ready to pick up.Drove to the store and the staff were very friendly and ready to help. My order got ready in a minute.Store was well organised.I bought the Synology disk station with two hard disks in bundle which was very good price in comparison to other sellers.My experience was very good and I will be back.Keep up the good job!

It's great to have a high quality computer store in this part of Sydney, without having to travel further west each time I need to buy parts. They have lots of common and odd cables available, startech brands, hard drive docks, fans, aio watercooling, 10 Gb network cards, pcie addin cards, rgb products, NVMe and sata3 Samsung SSDs, EoP powerline adapters, intel and ryzen cpus in stock, predator monitors and lots of big brand gaming peripherals in stock in their shop, as well as offering a proper online shopping experience. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Definitely returning in future.It is located in the same block as where Harris Technology used to be, just past the huge giraffe.Easy parking onsite, but there is a chunky medium strip so you can only enter the driveway by coming from Epping road direction.

I made a mistake with my order and email support was extremely fast and helpful to make the change as convenient as possible for me.Also, as I walked to the store for pick up, it started raining heavily. The amazing and very friendly staff gave me cloths to dry myself off and also at request wrapped my item in plastic, placed it inside a box, then wrapped it again to make sure it stayed dry on the walk back. Absolutely above and beyond.

Absolutely DO NOT BUY from Scorptec. The post sales warranty support is unacceptable and customer service is terrible.We bought a Asus monitor from Macquarie Park in December of 2022 and in March 2023 the mode selection button stopped working, this is a major defect of the product as different screen inputs. We returned the monitor and after 4 weeks we are still without the monitor with no confirmed date of return to our possession.The warranty support manager, advised at the 3 week mark that 3-4 weeks was acceptable and at the 4 week mark we would be discussing a refund, he has now gone back on this. Saturday 22-Apr is 4 weeks and on phoning today there is no resolution, the manager" advised that 4 weeks is month (it is not
