Very nice caravan park. Toilets/slowers are clean. View are amazing! Close to the beach and town. The woman at the reception was very friendly

Great little caravan park. Stayed for a couple of nights in one of their dog friendly cabins. Leanne and her team are super friendly. The cabins were clean and well maintained. The park is just off the main highway but you can't hear the traffic. Good amenities, including a pool, games room, bbq and pizza oven area. 20min walk down the hill to Mollymook surf club, golf club etc and short drive to Ulladulla, Milton and Burrill lake. Thank you for being so welcoming and pet-friendly year-round.

I was lucky enough to choose Mollymook Caravan Park for my stay over the weekend. This place is a hidden Jewel on the South Coast. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful with any requests I had. The facilities were tidy and very clean, and the pool and play area were superb. It was so quiet through the night, as it is situated a little way back from the road.I would recommend Mollymook Caravan Park to any travellers or campers wanting to stop in the Ulladuula area.

An awful park, immediately upon pulling up to the park I was disappointed. It is in the middle of suburbia right next the highway. It felt like a makeshift worksite & the 'cabins' were more like a construction site offices with barely enough room to park your car. The imagery on the website has been produced by a very creative individual - DO NOT BELIEVE THE PHOTOS. There was multiple areas around the park with construction work underway & were not fenced off, one of which was right next to our cabins which was unsafe for our 2 young families. The amenities were grubby and unkept and the playground was grotty and we also didn't feel safe leaving our kids play in this area. We checked out our cabins without much hope and they were small and grubby too. We didn't feel comfortable staying here at all so we decided to look for alternative accommodation. I wouldn't recommend this place whatsoever, the cleanliness of the place is appalling, the location dreadful right next to highway. Overall this place is drab, tired and run down. STAY AWAY.

I do not recommend staying in a powered site at this park. Waterlogged ground with mud oozing through outside our camper trailer and tent, in spite of laying foam mats, led to dirty feet and ruined shoes. Prior rain over a long period was known by us but the offer of gravel to lay outside our entrances to cope with the waterlogged ground was not made until we left. The camp kitchen" also had waterlogged ground to access it

Great trip to mollymook staying here with lots to do onsite for the family that was a big win for us. What let it down was the cleanliness of the room (windows caked with dust) and things that needed to be fixed (light bulbs out, patched cracked sink, dinks in the wall, mould on kitchen window curtain, etc. But this will not stop you from having a great trip both onsite and out and about in the local area which we did.

Reviews are meant to give the reader an impression and expectation of a park. Those giving this park a 4 or 5 star rating is a total misrepresentation of what this park actually is. We booked for two nights but stayed for one as we had driven 9 hours. The people who checked in at the same time left within 30mins of pulling up at their site.As hard as it is to say, this park is mediocre at best. The amenities were filthy and stunk. You are greeted by overgrown shrubbery went entering thee park making it hard to manoeuvre around other vehicles who are stopped to check in. The road is tight and the park is small. The permanent onsite dwellings are an eyesore. I would urge those considering staying here not to pay for your booking until arrival and inspect the property as there is a NO refund policy.Do your due diligence. It will save you money.

Very disappointed with our stay. Other reviews state that the staff were friendly but we didn’t experience that. They seemed miserable and didn’t seem to want to be there. The cleanliness was questionable with long periods of time with limited cleaning in the amenities block. The urinal in the men’s was overflowing and large amounts of hair in the showers that didn’t get moved when “cleaned”.The sites were okay but the power and water hook ups quite a distance away from the site requiring a long power lead and hose.I wouldn’t recommend staying.

Beautiful place for a short stay. Cabins are a bit dated and bbq was old. Found a decent sized black spider in our bed on our first night. If you are looking for privacy this is not the place to go. Cabins share common walls and private balcony" really wasn't private as you could hear the conversations of the neighbours. Shower and toilet area was very small. Bed was a bit old and sunken. Okay for a short stay though. I wouldn't choose to stay again though."
