I’ve just had a wonderful experience with my hair coloured and cut at an incredibly cheap price compared to a salon. The students are amazing, everything is checked and double checked and you aren’t allowed to leave until you are absolutely as pleased as can be. I have been before and I’ll come again for sure.Well worth the train trip in to the city.

I had my hair cut by the wonderful Alexander last week. The whole experience was a lot of fun, I really appreciated his advice, skills and friendly manner. Stephanie the trainer continued to check in with us to ensure everything was running smoothly I was getting the cut I wanted. It is a very relaxed yet professional environment and I will certainly be going back. The price is amazing for the quality of service and style. I love my new hair cut. Thank you!

I went here for the first time for a cut and a hair colouring. I had my cutting done by Nikki, she was very precise and lovely. She made sure all the cuts are thorough and just like what I wanted it to be! It was good; gave me the assurance that she was doing her best. For the colouring, Naomi did my hair; she was on par with other professional hairdresser I've been to, or even better! She knew what she was doing. Not to mention, the trainers, Teri and Stefanie, they encouraged and helped the students whenever they were unsure. It was such a positive environment, everyone was friendly. I even learnt one or two things in hairdressing, just sitting there being the customers! Will be coming back for sure.

I have been there for couple of times but still I feel that I am a regular customer since many years. This time, it was Andrew, a student but still I could consider him as a professional. Moreover, their trainer Terri, she is stunning where her experience was expressed in her training which enhanced my hair style. I have been loving this place where I could go and try different kind of hairstyles. Thank you so much guys and especially Andrew for your patience and hard work. You deserve it. Cheers.

Danielle did the most amazing job of my wash, cut and blow dry! She made sure I was super happy with it along the way and was so lovely to chat too!Will definitely be coming back in the future! Her trainer Stephanie was also lovely and made me feel super comfortable!

Thank you to the students, Samiksha, Rooba and trainer Lucy and all the workers at Melbourne College of Hair and Beauty. I had full head foils, toner and a blow wave and I am so pleased. The service was great, and I had a lovely experience. The students did a fantastic job and I will definitely be back again.

Would be nice if they update there website about there Salon hours as what they are currently advertising is misleading they say the open for customers in there Salon Monday to Friday 9.30am to 4pm when the sad reality is they are no longer operating the Salon on Thursday and Friday. If you are lucky enough to get a appointment with them the teachers are great at making sure the students do a good cut etc just give yourself plenty of time as these are students and any hair work being done takes twice as long as a normal hair salon for example if you want colour and cut give yourself 3 to 4 hours to get done for short hair you will need more time if longer. I have always ended up with good cut and colour here just a pity that there Salon hours have been cut as it makes it harder for me to book appointments around my schedule now. They would of scored higher if they kept there website and social media sites up to date instead of misleading customer with misleading and wrong information about operating hours

I had a great experience colouring my hair for the very first time! I showed a pic of how i wanted my hair to look and Elizabeth the trainer immediately knew what my hair needed. Kerryn (the student) was quick to learn even though she was doing this technique for the very first time and did a fantastic job. After the colour was done Liz gave me a quick trim, set my hair beautifully and left me feeling like a million bucks! A big thanks to the team, will definitely be going back :)

One of the greatest experiences ever!! I got a deluxe facial, which was super relaxing. The student Nicole was great and made me feel super comfortable. However the deluxe facial said it had extractions but I didn't get any extractions, so I'm not too sure about that but my skin turned out great after.I intended to get a trim at the hair salon, however Alexander, my student hair stylist suggested a haircut that suited my face shape and age. Colette, the supervisor did majority of my hair and she did an amazing job! Only pay $15, I got a cut and wash so this place is great value! Will be back again!
