Even though this is through a delivery app i have ordered 3 times. 2 times was a Mcfavourties box to share with me and a mate and 1 time was a mid day nuggies meal. All three times I just didn't get any chips yes i thankfully got refunded by the app. It's just an annoying hindrance and I don't understand why they keep forgetting the chips.

Drive through wasn't too bad, takes some time during busy periods but the staff manage it well. My only complaint (which seems to be a constant thing for some maccas) is that the fries were lukewarm at best. Ordered a large and ended up not even eating half of it because it was just a little unpleasant. Hash browns were a little better. Coffee was decent, no issues there.

I went to the MC Springvale today .I was on the queue waiting place my order .One big guy carrying heavy staff -he said excuse me and I gave him a way ..I try to pay my order .That big guy behind me he said don’t worry about today pay .he said do something. Nice to other to then he left .I asked the cashier supervisor who is he ..she said ..He is the Owner .tears on my eye I just shocked ..why ? Because I try to pay my last 15 dollars to meal ..I don’t now him .he doesn’t know me ..Thank you Big man Big heart and BOSS GOD BLESS YOU.

Ordered food to be delivered , it arrived much later than the estimated times also what we order we didn't received . Rang the store to let them know and instead of sorting the issue out and getting the order right they offered a voucher . Up till today we are still waiting for the voucher to arrive in the mail .This is not the first time they can't get the order right or there's missing items that's been paid for .No care factors what so ever !!

It is the worst service I had.I made quarter pounder order, medium.The attendant didn’t give the paper. Forget to register and I payed, and they stolen 12 dollars. I spent 30 minutes waiting the food and nothing.Worst service, worst customer service.

The morning staff are pretty good however the night staff need improvement. They served 5 cars from the lane beside me and forgot about my lane cashing unnecessary traffic on the other lane. I also would say Drive through need the most improvement and they need to communicate more better as a team.

I had the big breakkid burger here this morning and it was absolutely disgusting. The box was just filled with oil and grease, not to mention that the burger itself looked like it was dipped in oil. The hash brown was just as bad, just biting into it I could feel the oil sink into my mouth. As far as service goes, the girl taking my order seemed like she was either new or just very disinterested. I had to repeat my order multiple times for her.

Worst McDonald's.....4 people handle my order (including two managers). 2x Happy meals for kids 4x Hamburgers which 4 staff handled and repacked six times with no gloves as I'm watching them from the drive throw window. Complained to manage when I received my order as the wrapping had fallen off all of them inside the bag (what happened to food hygiene). Best thing was upon receiving my order was told it was all there including the spicey chicken and sauce. Get home and only have source WHERE IS SPICEY CHICKEN ???? Rang and complained and they think replacing my order is satisfying. I should see a lawyer and call governing body for food and hygiene then this McDonald's might pick up there act or be permanently closed. McDonald's Australia really needs to look at franchisees better and investigate this store as they are ruining this icon in Australia. THANK GOD WE HAVE HUNGRY JACKS, RED ROOSTER, KFC, etc, etc.

Very quiet but I like that it is not too busy and bumping into people, not being able to find seating etc. Had a quiet time munching on my favourite desert - APPLE PIES!!!! I only bought 1 this time. Just enuff to quelch the cravings...
