Just saw the Beaumont's sign and popped in. Didn't realise it was a clearance outlet. Happened to have the tiles we were looking for @ $40 less per m2. That'll do me.

Very rude and poor customer service.I called around 2 o’clock, to check if an item was in stock. During my call, Martin answered the phone and asked how he could help.I proceeded to ask if a tile was in stock, only to be cut off and told that he is very busy and that I should call back.I suggested he take my number, so he can call me back (since he was so busy and mind you, I called twice before, both times the phone rang for about 3 minutes without being answered) however, I was told no and hung up on.I understand business get busy however I don’t believe that should warrant bad customer services.Update: I received a follow up call from Mark the store manager after my review.Mark assisted me with my original query in a quick and efficient matter. He was professional and friendly, which is the service I originally wanted. I’ve bumped up my review as I appreciated the call back and follow up assistance from Mark.
