Smiling faces good service lovely staff nothing is ever too much trouble I love going there

This pharmacy is robbing people. They make their own rules. Sell medicines so expensive and if someone has to change medicine they just make up reasons to just refuse. Never buying from them again. The lady on counter was rude & arrogant. She was feeling as if she is owner of that store. Will be complaining to UFS & not going there again. Bloody cheats.

Since UFS have taken over from Nova in the village the cost of a script almost tripled.Script with Nova cost $7.50 and the exact same script with UFS cost $20.84!!. Clients should at least be warned prior to having medication dispensed of the MUCH HIGHER cost( in my case almost triple) but I only found out when I payed for it. When I asked the disinterested woman at the checkout why is it costing so much more she just looked at me and said Oh well". I told her I wont be back and neither will my family. So" Oh well"to you UFS! Greedy comes to mind! Will be heading to Chemist warehouse from now on!"

The staff are rude, with fake smiles. The pharmacist is ok.

They have the best staff at this one in Grant street, always helpful and friendly. Unlike the ones in the village. Any of the bad reviews on here must be mixed up with the Village UFS because IVe never liked them. But certainly all the staff there are wonderful and there is no way any boss there especially the head pharmacist ever treats her staff badly. The service to get scrips can be slow that’s because so many people go there.

Easy to navigate shop, products clearly labeled and priced, friendly staff and good atmosphere, would recommend this pharmacy.

I always find the staff at this chemist friendly and professional. The head pharmacist is extremely knowledgable and personable and treats customers with care and respect. I was taken aback (in a good way) the other day when she genuinely asked how my migraines were going and whether the medication was working successfully. The other pharmacists are also great. I myself am young/middle-aged, but have also noticed a lot of elderly people who attend there, and have been impressed with how the staff know many of these people by name. It is a pleasant place, where the staff seem to enjoy their jobs, know their stuff, and care about their customers (which is a welcome relief when feeling lousy due to illness). Highly recommended.

I don't usually review but this chemist could a lot better. I have had issues everytime i have gone in over the past 2 years.4 times in a row they can could not find my membership card details on the data base. Every time they say they will fix and its the same every time.4 times in a row they were out of stock of common medication when every other chemist in Bacchus Marsh has plenty.Once I handed my script, took a seat and waited 20mins for somone to tell me they were out of stock.Another occasion, I was waiting at the counter to pay for some items. There was que and the lady serving was casually have a convo about the weather for 10mins while the rest of us were getting impatient.Prices are high even with a so called membership discount.Sorry, but I did go back time and time again only to be disappointed everytime. Even though its the closet pharmacy, I will go to Phamasave in Darley or Chemist Wharehouse in Melton from now.

joel is a lovely worker, he was very friendly and helped me to find a suitable rash cream. I went home and tested it and my rash cleared up within a couple hours - i can sit comfortably now. He even walked me to my car, however i will only give it a 4/5 star because he is too tall. made me uncomfortable. lovelty gent with recommend to ym daughter

I normally go to Terry White in Maddingley but they had to close early due to a staff shortage. My normal script is $11.50 but UFS charged $21.00 for the same thing…. Absolute ripoff!!!
