Went there with my friends for snooker was having a nice day when one of our friend mistaken and did a jump shot while playing snooker, staff approached us in a very aggressive way, the staff kept yelling despite our repetitive apology, when we confronted them about misbehaving they reply to us saying we don't have common sense and they hold the power to behave in an aggressive way if a customer makes a mistake. Employees never has smiling face and be ready to get a curt reply for anything you ask them. Very unprofessional from the owner and management for hiring untrained and unprofessional employees.

Been here twice now, one of the better pool halls this side of Melbourne. Has a good atmosphere.
