I recently acquired a Tudor Ranger at the Watches of Switzerland branch in Perth through Rainer. I recently purchased a Rolex explorer with the assistance of David. His knowledge of the watch and brand as a whole really assisted me in making the decision to purchase the watch.The entire purchasing experience from start to finish was extremely professional and it felt like I was apart of the family. Just purchased a pink gold Jaeger-LeCoultre Master Ultra Thin Perpetual Calendar and made an order for Rolex Datejust with Watches of Switzerland. David is very friendly, patient, and enthusiastic person, trying to help me get the watch from other state.That was my third time purchasing watch from WOS Perth. That day was weekend, I dressed in very casual way. When I walked in, one girl saw me but didn’t walk up to me and even didn’t greet, I laughed and asked my husband whether they think we are so young and cannot afford it? But during that time David walked to us and provided the excellent service. Maybe some sales only wanna serve “look rich” people, but I think I don’t need to dress up to make me look rich just for purchasing a $50,000+ toy.But all in all, David helped us a lot, we are very happy with his service and kindness.
