Con-x-ion Airport Transfers

Great door to door service.Booked a 00:15am Con-X-ion for my brother who was immigrating from Fiji and as I broke my leg/foot/ankle & stuck in hospital & two kids at home, my husband could no longer drive to fetch him. On top of that my brother had no knowledge of where to meet the bus exactly (I just said go the the Bus area not knowing that it's not as easy as that) & no phone to communicate.After being just a few minutes late driver Matt was straight onto the phone to me at 11:50pm to follow up. After explaining our circumstances he was on it. He was heading inside to help locate him.Luckily as Matt was heading in my brother was heading out - so all sorted.So grateful for this great service.We have always kept them as an option to get from Varsity Lakes to Brisbane Airport just never did because of having such little kids & the complications of car seats. As far as I understand this is no longer a hurdle either. Will definitely be recommending this service & will definitely be using them again. If not for ourselves definitely for guests we have coming to visit us.Thanks Matt!!!

Bad news. They cancel services without telling you. They are great at getting you from home to the airport but on the return trip be prepared to sit for 90-minutes because they have cancelled the 9.30pm Sunshine Coast bus without any notice. When you operate this business model you have a duty to run the buses that have bookings on them!

Great service, reliable and efficient. Our driver Jo' was fabulous getting us to our hotel safely and assisted with luggage. The airport contact 'Jake' welcomed our family and assisted us getting us onto an earlier service."

The Con-x-ion Shuttle to Brisbane International Airport was a pleasant trip from pick up to delivery. The driver was very responsive to my conversation and introduced me to all the passengers that we picked up. All through the trip we were informed of the transfer and time allocation to get to our flight on time. It was a great service and I recommend it to all who can afford to pay for a shuttle service.

I’m using their services to get from the airport to surfers paradise and we have been sitting in the bus for 30 minutes because the bus driver wanted to help a different service. The service model for a transfer service is that we have an obligation to show up on time and if we are late we miss the bus. However, the transfer service had an obligation to leave on time so we can get to where we need to go and 30 minutes is just a bit of a joke for a service that runs once an hour

We were picked up and dropped back to Brisbane airport recently while on holiday. Our Driver Paul was a great friendly driver who made our trip a lot of fun. Very obvious he loves his job. Highly recommended this shuttle company.

Excellent service from booking process through to drop off. Super friendly drivers. Honestly couldn't have hoped for more after a ridiculously long flight, seamless, happy and helpful service.

Great people who take the hassle out trips to Brisbane Airport and back home to the Sunny Coast. Drivers always very friendly and helpful. Door to door service has real value. Well done guys

Picked up in Noosa and taken to the airport. Very fast service. Clean and nice bus. Could monitor where the driver was prior to coming to my house and good affordable price. Will book again!
