Kyamba Court Motel
Very clean and comfortable no frills motel. Lady owner is delightful, friendly, concerned and interested. Great position for the beach and backs right onto the river and kayaks are available. Off street parking and a pool for a good price

Absolutely beautiful place! The river is right next to our room, there is a kitchen area to wash our dishes. And the beds are really comfy! The beach is only a short ten minute walk because of the roadworks nearby

Great location, 5 min walk to beach & cafes.Owner is a great host, very friendly and professional.Room is not huge, but standard for motel. Very clean, comfy bed,good WiFi...Will stay again.

Arrived late and owner Yana could not have been more accommodating. This small motel was immaculately furnished and spotlessly clean with very comfortable beds. A real gem close to town and beach. Definitely stay again. Thanks Yana.

Old but very clean. Jana is lovely and made us welcome. Great stay at an excellent price when they were crazy elsewhere.

Great location, very clean rooms, easy walk to beach and restaurants bars etc, yama the manager very friendly, will definitely stay again,extremely good value for money even though it is a older style motel.

Clean and comfy, great location, easy walk to Mooloolaba beach and tourist attractions. The only downfall is the bathroom, it is a bit pokey. However the owners were delightful. We would definitely stay there again.

Good location at an affordable price. The motel doesn't have much street appeal, but it was a good base for our trip to Mooloolaba. Walking distance to the beach and shops, bus route directly out front, etc. Owners were very accommodating. Slept well. Although it could do with some TLC, it would be unreasonable to expect too much more for the price. Would stay here again.
