My partner and myself purchased our first house earlier this year from Nick and he was extremely helpful, took the time to explain anything we didn't fully understand and was always easy to get in contact with and very responsive to emails etc.Throughout the sale Nick was awesome to deal with, was happy to let us in to take measurements at the drop of a hat.We've seen Nick since the sale and he was just as friendly to us as he was during the sale, was great to see him outside of work.

Rang, didnt listen to my message, so just rang me to tell me that an offer had already been accepted yet they are still holding an open on a later date on this property & couldnt accommodate another viewing time??If you listen to a message you could pass that information direct but INSTEAD you offer me other viewing times even though an offers accepted. BIZARREBig REPLY TO SELLER, I dont give my details to people because of my job & the fact IM ALLOWED TO BE VERY PRIVATE you pompous person. Does it not occur to people that there are still people out there who value a lot of PRIVACY. Seriously how dare you. You are typically rude & you may not like buyers like me but hey thats why theres a group of professions that arent trusted & you fall into that category
