Good store so much stuff! Staff were very knowledgeable there is a hidden swag display but if you see the sign can see it or ask staff to see the swags they'll more than help point in the direction.

Best place for anything camping related. Been a repeat customer for ages, won't ship anywhere else. If it's not in store, get it online. Bought stuff Monday arvo, was delivered to my door Wednesday morning. Unreal

Really bad customer service. Was told by a staff member they do 30-day return. Went to return a gift and they refused. Now I’m stuck with a gift card I don’t want. They were very rude during the process and it is clear they don’t value the customer experience. Cannot recommend and unfortunately me or anyone I know will never ever shop here again.

Nicole from the Archerfield store is amazing. Her knowledge of their tent range is very impressive. Dimensions for every tent type - not a problem! Her helpfulness to demonstrate the different aspects of tent options and willingness to provide above & beyond customer service is outstanding. Will drive the 30 mins every time to come back to this store for our camping supplies, just on customer service alone! The store carries a great range of brands, with so many tents erected, to give you ability to make informed decisions. Prices are great. Stock supplies good too. Nicole gets 10/10 for her knowledge and service. Absolute pleasure shopping here today. Thank you!

Popped in late in the afternoon to purchase a new tent on the public holiday. We were upstairs looking at the tents for over 20 minutes and were given no assistance from the three young staff members sitting at the front counter on their phones. We then purchased a tent, and the young guy went to grab it on his trolley, we paid for it, and then didn't offer to take it down on his trolley to our car. The worst customer service I have ever experienced - its was purely non existent. Disappointing from a such a great store.

Rang tent world to find some parts for my tent and self inflating mattress and they were so amazingly helpful and sorted me out straight away! Highly recommend
