There's never anyone at the counter, I've been here a few times. They put all the overpriced kids sunnies watches etc by the counter so your kids will see it, want it and make you overspend. I went in for baby pants and they have countless newborn and 0-3 month sizes and not 6-12 or size 1s. She says would you like a 15c bag"

Cheap clothes and accessories but worth for the prices they offer. Some products are expensive than they should be but over all a good place for kids stuff.

Service was shocking.All counters were unattended when we checkout. Waited for a few minutes then finally a Karen walked over with an attitude. No greeting and just started to bagged the item. Then claimed they didn’t have any change AT ALL when I took my $20 note out ( paying a $12 item) what a joke!!!

Excellent for my grandchildren's clothing when they come for holidays with us. Also a good range of clothing for our favourite football team. The underwear is a good price too.

We visit this Best&Less regularly. It's always clean, the store is well layed out and the staff are efficient and friendly. They were happy to find a garment from another branch for us. My only gripe is that the bras are usually in some kind of disarray and sizes are hard to find. Putting the largest sizes at the back on the bottom racks is a little cruel, hahaha! We will stay regulars though! Thanks team.

They have an excellent variety of clothing for girls, but not for boys. The other stores seem to always have better sales and more clearance items, never seems to be a decent sale at this store. Parramatta and Merrylands are better.

I went to top ryde store for an exchange on a pair of girls' leggings, after I picked up the wrong size at the Roselands store (they were size 3 but were incorrectly placed on a size 4 hanger). It was bought at 30% off, but on exchange for precisely the same style, I was charged the extra 30% because the sale had ended. I didn't bother arguing the extra $1.80 I had to pay. However, I question the fairness of an exchange policy where the discounted sale price is not honoured when the customer is receiving exactly the same item as they did at the sale price. Shouldn't matter if the sale is over.
