The place has changed hands a few times in its early times was busy and efficient. Whilst capableThe place appears calmer not very quick in dealings thought it could be improved in customer service.

I came in here to buy some stamps. While it seemed (relatively) well-stocked, the service was a bit slow considering there was only one counter open and people waiting.Otherwise, not much else to say about it.Overall, it is okay.

The staffs are friendly and helpful, especially Stella. She is so good. We went to take passport photos of my daughters. She took as many photos as possible to get the good image and help us to choose the perfect one. Thank you. Australia post need more people like you.

Literally worst post office ever.. standing outside for like 15 mins the women inside didn’t even bother to listen , just watching and ignoring. Pathetic

This LPO has very friendly staff, convenient location and smooth service. Ladies working for the LPO always try to help and accommodate customer needs. Even if you reach there at the very last second of their closing time, they'll help you with a smile. Cannot have a better experience than what I always get in here.

Friendly, reliable service provided. The new owner is as excellent as the previous one. You will be treated with respect and a smile!

Good job in having both staffs who are culturally insensitive, which is offensive to me, in a simple task at verifying foreign passport, to which was coupled with my other primary and secondary proof of identity documents showing the same person. Zero effort for being helpful in resolving this. Please train your staffs to know the order of name other country adopts, otherwise they might as well take out foreign passport as a form of primary document for proof of identity. Offended to say the least. Wasted my time.*Update: The following weekend went to the Post Office in the city, provided the exact same document expecting for another bout, but was done in a matter of minutes! Ha!

Worst experience. The staff was racist and discriminatory. Poor and pathetic affairs. They don’t know what they are doing. They don’t deserve even 1 star. Need public apology from them or Will soon take this with ombudsman.

Literally the worst service ever. WHY don’t you answer your phone!!!! Have called 9 times about a delivery and left 3 messages. Answer your phone or return your calls like any proper business would do.

Super rude and unhelpful, got mad at me for the delivery card not having my last name on it as if that's in my control. When I tried to ask for further help they dismissed me and essentially refused to help.
