Rosewood Bakery

First time going to the rosewood bakery and I will not be returning. The service was disgusting young female was blunt and rude tossed my food on the counter like it was rubbish and didn’t bother to greet me as I walked in the door. This young lady needs to be taught some customer service skills and communication.

The rosewood bakery is an absolute disgusting place. The staff don’t know what they’re doing, due to poor training. All staff are underpaid cash no one is in the books by government, Constantly going through staff because the manager bullies everyone. and they all leave. If a pie was to be dropped on the floor they are told to pick it back up and serve it to customers. sausage rolls are raw and pink on the inside. toasties are days on end OLD hence why they taste like cardboard.. slices are old. dodgiest place to buy from or work for. do not recommend rosewood bakery to anyone!!

Absolute joke of a bakery which is unfortunately the only one in Rosewood. Customer service is appalling but the worst aspects is the actual food, ordered a Steak Bacon and Cheese pie which had none of those things just fatty mince in salty gravy - when tried to call about their overpriced mince slop I was met with voice mail several times. This bakery is also unaware of how sales work, “2 for $9” on drinks when the drinks individually is $4.50, this isn’t the first time they’ve had a “deal” like this.

The customer service at this bakery left much to be desired. The attendant appeared to have a bad attitude when I ordered three hot drinks, as if my order was an inconvenience to them. It was my first time ordering anything from this bakery, and it will be my last time.

Service is absolutely weak, and pies are below average, silly little girls working there act like they're on holiday. Why is it necessary to pause and chat 3 or 4 different times while giving me my change? Do these girls understand they are wasting people's time? Something that should take a few seconds dragged out to over a minute. No work ethic at all and this reflects on the management. There's a mentality that because it's the only bakery in rosewood that they can slack off a just run out the clock. Only the senior clientele keep this place in business because they are lacking in taste buds.

Didn’t know what was worse the sausage roll or me paying extra for opened tomato sauce? When i asked for a new one i got stared at like I abused her daughter. Didn’t realise basic customer service was too hard.

Bright country bakery with outdoor cafe attached. It's a big step to enter the store, but you can avoid that by going around through the cafe.Usual bakery fare, with okay service. The coffee could have been better.

Really Nice Bakery, Located in The Centre of Town. Good Selection of Sweet & Savoury Baked Goods. Had One Of Their Sausage Rolls, Which Was Huge & Tasty. Tables & Seating Are Available & Located At the Side Entrance Of The Store.

Horrendous Customer Service.3rd time visiting and everytime I walk out I tell myself I won't be back... this time I mean it.Over priced (expected somewhat for small country place) but the quality is very average at best.Pie was nice, don't dare ask for peas though - if she has to go out back and microwave them you'll essentially committed a cardinal sin.Cheesecake slice was supposed to be caramel but tasted like lemon with caramel dollop on top.Ham & Cheese Croissants must be microwaved to heck.Pop into Drakes next door... full bakery section, Pies & Hot Box with reasonable prices and far better customer service.Such a disappointment for the Rosewood community.
