I would like to say 5 stars because I have had some great massages here but I have now had more than one that was a complete waste of money. People who come in for a remedial massage are generally in some sort of pain - you need to put them with someone qualified to do a remedial massage. Today I booked a dry needling package, which was supposed to be a massage followed by dry needling. I had to keep checking the time through out the very average massage wondering why it was going for so long because my booking had not been organised correctly. I left feeling stressed and irritated.

Excellent service and message. Very professional staff. Was thoroughly relaxed after it. Would definitely recommend to friends and family!

Always great coming here! Great experience and love that they open late on Thursday’s. The front desk man was friendly and helpful, the lady who did the massage was great and thorough. I loved the relaxing foot soak prior to my massage as well!

If I could rate this place zero stars I would, but I can’t so it has to be a one star when they don’t even deserve minimum one star.I’m absolutely appalled with this businesses professionalism and how they treat and speak to their paying customers. I paid $120.00 for a full body + reflexology massage for 95 minutes and did not get what I paid for. They put me with a new trainee I believe as she had no clue what she was doing. I called in advance to book in and specifically asked for a previous masseuse I had but was told she was not available, so I asked for the next experienced female. When I got there this masseuse seemed new as she did not know the simple front desk procedures, and was being prompted to do things during the reflexology regarding massaging, timings etc. The reflexology was NOT a reflexology massage, it was more so just rubbing my feet and mainly my shins over and over. Which was disappointing.Then once it was time for the full body massage, she only did my back and quickly went over my hamstrings. For a full body massage. I understand full body massages can be different for each masseuse but everywhere I have been full body massage is always back, legs (hamstrings, calves and quads), shoulders, neck, arms and head. If I wanted just a back massage I would’ve paid for JUST a back massage and it would’ve saved me money and time. I don’t like to complain face to face as I’m not confrontational, but I was not happy at all especially because I paid $120.00 and was NOT given the full service I paid for. So when I left I mentioned it to the man at the front desk (Phillip I believe). He was extremely rude, impatient and not polite. Absolutely not professional at all. I spoke very calmly and was only simply trying to say I was quite disappointed that I paid for a service I didn’t receive and what can be done from there. A simple apology taking ownership would have been enough. He responded with “all masseuses are different and give different services”. I said that I understand that and can agree different masseuses give different STYLES of massages but the service provided is still the same and the fact is I paid full for 95 minutes reflexology and a FULL body massage - what I received was reflexology and a back massage. He then said “well this is not our fault next time make sure when you book you ask for someone more experienced so this is you not us”. That response was absolutely unprofessional, and not okay to be saying to a paying customer who was only trying to give her feedback. Terrible of a business. The masseuse I had then came to the front desk and he then backhanded a comment saying “okay now don’t complain to me, complain to her and tell her you should have done my arms, heads and legs”. I was absolutely baffled that this is how they respond and treat paying customers. At this point, it was clear I was not going to be helped and it would not go anywhere as they were lacking professionalism, interpersonal skills and mannerisms so I just left. To say I am really disappointed and dissatisfied is an understatement.In future I will ensure I never return, there is a massage business only 10 minutes away (Keppera) that I would recommend as they never fail to provide great service. Along with many other massage businesses and will steer clear of wasting my money here again.I would advise anyone looking for suggestions on wanting to go here and highly recommend that you DO NOT go here. Save your money and go elsewhere as they do not deserve business. They are unprofessional and this place should be avoided.

It was a good massage don't get me wrong but I've come in with a focus point and left with that area still in pain I asked for my right shoulder to be the main focus and I feel it was the lease sort after spot, I had a 5 min head rub that o feel is unessasary when my shoulder is what I mostly went for an HR massage worth 80$ and I left with the shoulder still killing me and not focused on I may have repeated myself here but I'm quite annoyed that I spent that kinda money for the problem to not be fixed when I asked for a certain focus point...

Really rough service. Lasted 50minutes instead of an hour. Masseuse climbed on my back to massage, had to ask her twice not to as I'm 25 weeks pregnant. She complained about me not being able to lay facedown and making it hard for her to do the massage. Lacking manners and professional courtesy towards customers.

I had a fantastic massage here which hit all the sore spots! I felt much better after!

Disappointed. Went for remedial with a specific problem I spoke with them about.Was a nice massage, but didn't target the concern, felt like a standard routine of a specific area rather then tailoring to ailment.30min massage was only 25mins with breaks as the masseuse stepping out twice.

I was sceptical when reading the reviews and was not disappointed when I called them!I called this institute to have some info about the massages they are offering to customers. The person over the phone was more than rude and did not want to answer any simple questions. Nothing professional here, place to avoid!
