We just purchased a AX20 pool cleaner. From the time we walked in till we left the serviced received was above and beyond. We were greeted immediately, the staff were willing to explain products, and have a chat. Highly recommend this store.

If you are looking for a genuine old fashion service based on honesty and courtesy this is the place. Bought a pool cleaner, chlorinator, had both installed. Just fantastic.Both the owner and the installer work to the same ethos. 5 stars plus for you.

I haven't actually been to Captain Nemo's at Eight mile plains. I live on the North side but I gave them a ring based on a friends recommendation. I was trying to source a replacement for my 15 year old swiming pool pump. They were super helpful ,asking that I send a photo of it to them. They got back to me quickly and identified the brand ( no longer available) . They suggested I try locally with a family owned business. With their advice i was able to ask for and identify a solution. My sincere thanks to staff at Captain Nemo's

Staff is always helpful and willing to help; never ask u to buy or fool the customer. Honest and straight style. If I can give an extra star I will definitely put on. Recommended pool supplier

Saved me big $'s recently when pool water had turned a little murky. Pool shop I had been using said the chlorinator was bung.Went to Capt. Nemo who asked me to bring in chlorinator, said it looked OK and suggested a clarification tablet and problem solved for $5.

Fantastic they got the pool filter glass loaded it in the car I went track for more stuff talked to them about a new pool cleaner the guy was very helpful.
