Searl is one of the best trainers I have ever had . Very knowledgeable of the body and always careful that you have a good form . So that u don’t hurt yourself . He really helped me achieve goals and learning how to train properly .

A master in this field!With over 45 years of having debilitating injuries requiring over 46 surgeries and then fighting for mobility with weekly physiotherapy and rehabilitation Searle at Strong Body Co has me back on track.His knowledge of the body and mechanics is amazing and I’m gradually improving. So much so, that I convinced hubby to try a session. He is now going weekly and impressed he can now flex his foot.Searle is definitely one with a great attitude and keeps the old bag of broken bones going.Wish I could pop him in my suitcase ✈️
