Great value on price of pizza's.Pizza can sometimes need to be cooked a little longer.Plenty of choices and toppings.Customer service is excellent.

Went to order tonight just after 9 online, just as I went to place order said sorry WHYALLA store is closed considering it says 10.30 on website, maybe update the hours. Gave 5 stars cause they do awesome pizzas, so was a bit disappointed as my son will only eat Pizza Hut pizza, so had to order dominos and my lad knew straight away it wasn’t Pizza Hut.

I had been a fan of this pizza outlet since long because they were very precise about the customer's request and instructions.But since last couple of months, unfortunately they have been making mistakes and spoil the pizza almost every time. In fact, I always make online orders even I am at the outlet, so that they have the precise order instructions in written. But it seems like they don't want to read the order instructions. I'm not sure what has caused this dramatic change recently, but they are not at all concerned about reading the order instructions and fulfilll it.Also when one tries to contact them, they kaeep you waiting on the line for edges. Even not bothered to take the feedback from customer. And they are so comfortable in hanging up the line abruptly without confirming if there is anything else the customer wants to share. Way too poor response.Looks like Pizza Hut Whyalla wants to wipe out its years long trustworthy image in the town. Amd if that's the intent, they are headed towards the right direction. God bless them.

They are thieves! I understand that the internet might not always get updated in time for online orders, but when something is out, offer a refund. Don't swap it out for something cheaper and keep the change! Check your receipts guys, make sure they don't just pocket $5 from your orders if that happens too. To top it off on my list of complaints the pizza was sub par at best and for a very similar price I could have gotten a bigger and better quality of pizza from 1 or 2 other places in Whyalla. Pizza hut Australia has officially lost my business, permanently

Let's set the scene.A storm sits over South AustraliaYou've just been in the car for 5 hours with your partners family on a road trip to Whyalla for her great grandma's birthday.The car ride was nice, the event you came for was nice too.But now you're tired in all ways possible In what to you is foreign land.Your partner suggests pizza to fulfill that late night hunger you get and soon after you are walking through the doors of the Hutt.Ben guides you through the menu, suggests some different pizzas and recommends the correct amount to buy for your friend's and family to enjoy.(Nails it by the way)You watch Avengers endgame on 7 while your food waits.Ben hands you some well made pizza.Night complete.The pizza was all fantastic, the garlic bread was flavourful and the Hershey cookie pizza was an interesting sweet treat.

The absolute worse pizza ever omg I travel this state working i have never had such disappointment in food I stayed in Cowell and food was great come here and get sick from eating pizza hutt pizza young people that don’t care about food or the job very disappointed I will never eat pizza hutt again…thank you Whyalla pizza hutt for distroying my like for pizza hutt
