Delicious tart with sweet potato and blue cheese. Cosy space with a community feel. Great reading materials available, especially if you’re interested in gardening, self-sufficiency or permaculture.

Ordered an ice chocolatethat cost 5.50. It was served in a very small tumbler. Left quiet underwhelmed, and it wasn't even that nice. Chocolate syrup was a glug at the bottom of the tumbler.

This cafe was really friendly. The lady behind the counter brought us a delicious piccolo and One of the best carrot cakes I’ve had in a long time. Thank you and when I’m back in Bega next, I’ll be visiting again for sure! Thank you!

One of the most memorable brunches (late brekky's) I've had in a while!Maybe it was because I was driving down to Eden on a roadtrip, with a stop in Bega - with the intention of visitng the Heritage Centre (cheese for life!). But unfortunately the centre was closed, so we went to grab food instead. Red Cafe had a warm and friendly atmosphere, simple and tasty menu. We got the pumpkin dish, plus a brownie and crumble, coffee and a hot chocolate - everything DELISH :D

Vibrant Cafe with vegetarian menu that changes daily, with most items gradually selling out. Food all looks delicious, but be warned the serving sizes are huge - perhaps bigger than they need to be. We ordered a bean and zucchini soup, and the pumpkin toastie. Both were too large, but very tasty, hearty and healthy. Great service, very friendly staff.

Had to enjoy a raisin toast with a homemade jam (‘twas a fig and fennel this week), with a hot, thick chocolate and a vanilla milkshake for the little ranger. A great space, with herb garden and seating under a nascent palm tree. Worth a visit.

Food looked great, nice atmosphere, and staff were very polite. Didn’t end up staying for a meal because they don’t accept cards. So for merchant fees of less than $2 they lost $100 in business. Staff/owner seemed to have an issue with electronic payments. Concern about ‘if we don’t use it we lose it’. I quite like the idea of a cashless society.

Absolutely delicious and consistently yummy food. These guys know their stuff. Definitely worth a visit, best cafe in Bega. Great coffee too

How do they make a toasted sandwich taste so good?! Quesadilla excellent also. Little pricey but well worth every cent. Bustling cafe with great atmosphere and quirky, friendly vibe. Golden latte with turmeric was delicious.
