they do good nails and do what you ask for if u show them a reference pic the owner is a really nice lady she always welcomes people with snacks and water but they don’t know how to stay on schedule with appointments

First time coming here and i’ve decided that i’ll only be coming here from now on. All staff are very friendly and enjoys to chat. They offer you a snack and a drink while you get your nails done. Excellent customer service. I got my pedicure done by heidi and she put a lot of care into her work. Great work done my staff and management.

Every time you make a appointment they make you wait. Always understaffed. I made an appointment for 12 o'clock today and by 1:15pm I still was waiting. There excuse not enough staff every one waiting. You should not make appointments and then take people in and the people who took the time to make the appointment wait. I found a new place and I made appointment this afternoon and they took me at 3:30pm. I did not have to wait over 1 hr. This place is not there to make the customer happy it's about how many people walk in and make them wait. The boss lady is so rude talking to customer she was doing a pedicure about me complaining about waiting an 1 and half to be serviced. Then she spoke to another worker in their language and pointed to us. This is Australia talk in English. So rude !

Considering it was my first visit, Great service, friendly staff and love their work. I was really happy with the end result keep up the awesome work ladies.
