I contacted Claire because I was interested in buying some barefoot shoes. Because I’m a New Zealand customer and new to barefoot shoes, I really wanted to get the sizing right so I didn’t have to pay for endless returns. Claire was unbelievably helpful. I must have gone backwards and forwards over around 20 emails - deliberating on size and then style, and then adding in other shoe styles too! Claire never faltered with her kindness and helpfulness!The shoes arrived and they all fit perfectly (I think I got a different size in each style as a heads up!). I will definitely be buying from Barefootwear again and would recommend them to anyone in this part of the world!

I bought the be lenka snowfox womens. This was my first purchase of barefoot shoes of any kind. I bought the size 41 as I'm a size 9 and they fit perfectly. I also was in a hurry to get them so emailed if I could get them expedited. Claire was just wonderful to talk to and she bent over backward to make sure I got them on time. I have only good things to say about Claire and this company and will definitely be back. Thank you so much Claire. Really fabulous experience.

This is an excellent offering and outfit. Was unable to find suitable product due to foot size and had to do multiple returns which were no problem. Owner attentive to emails and customer experience. Well done.

I bought the Be Lenka Flexi Barefoot Sandals and I LOVE THEM - they are so comfortable and look good. Very thin, flat soles, but with enough grip on them that they are not slippery on smooth concrete. Could not recommend them more if you are after a barefoot summer shoe. Also Claire was helpful with great, reliable communication.
