Dior Perfume & Beauty Boutique

I don't usually write reviews but this was literally the worse experience ever. Waited 25 minutes to be served, and when I was finally attended to I was told to go to Mecca to pay. Mecca advised me that they cant ring through my order unless I purchase something from them. Went back to Dior only to be checked in at Chanel and was given a Chanel bag for a Dior product. Poor service

Absolutely the worst shopping experience in my life! Got given the wrong product, got told it was the right one after asking twice if it was the one I wanted even though it wasn’t, got yelled at across the store after asking if it was the right one. As I was about to pay for it the man implied I couldn’t afford it. I went back with my father after seeing it was the wrong one and they changed it over after Becky said ‘well which one did you want?’ Even though I had shown her twice which one I wanted and was the one yelling at me for simply making sure. Her customer service skills need to be reviewed and the staff at this store need additional training. I have never felt so degraded and belittled in my life. I will never go to this store or purchase anything Dior ever again. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Save your money and never go to this store!!!!

Not even worth one star, A girl named Sandy served me last Sunday around 2.40pm with really bad attitude, not even ask me if I'm the member with Dior or not, other than that, i asked her to wrap the gifts up for me, she gives me a really bad look then said we are really busy atm, asked me to wait for 1hr for gift to be wrapped up…OK I'm okay to wait and i do understand its really busy before the Christmas, however she didn't even give me any small samples，how rediculous is that??

Tell your female staff members that parents rooms are for parents with little ones. It is not for your selfish staff members to use on their lunch breaks to warm up their food and chat out loud like they are in a nightclub.Complete lack of common sense and decency.

Staff attitude is pretty good and helpful. My purchase was nicely packed and I enjoyed my mini gift set. Nice store, I definitely will come back.

I have been to dior store several times.This time was very disappointing. The lady who helped me wasn't interested in selling the products at all, didn't give any information rather then telling me the price. When I asked her to help me to find my foundation colour, she just painted it on my skin like children do, so I didn't buy a foundation.I bought more than $200 on that day, she tried to give me only 2 perfume samples and when I asked her can I get other stuff little bit more please and she said to me, I need to scan every single sample -which shows me she's lazy to do it.Whenever I buy products here, dior used to put a ribbon on my bag and spray perfume on it, but this time not at all.She just pushed my purchased products into my bag and sent me.I was very upset and disappointed and to be honest, I don't want to buy from this store ever again.

Staff named becky with red top was so rude today. I asked for assitance with helping find lipstick and she did not even greeted and seems to be just want to go home. “ what lip?” This is exactly how she replied me back at 6:14pm on mother’s day to purchase gift. Another staff with blonde lady was next to her and then they just laughed at me after I asked for help. Seriously Dior company ? No customer service what so ever what a rubbish service!! I went here 2 times to be served. It was quite when I went there back but with rubbish service

The rudest service EVER. I wanted a 2 lip sticks and when I changed my mind to just 1 the lady (Nina, apparently) scoffed and refused to sell it to me. She was an awful unhelpful staff member.
