Great family-run business. Luke is always up front and was willing to work with me to get my pain-in-the-arse santa fe back on the road as quickly as possible, and pricing is very reasonabke. SLR is also active in supporting the community :-)

I've lived locally over 30 years. Retired, purchased a 4wd. Accessories ++. Shopped many, many places.. As for SLR,, Top of the range employees, experience people, service and quality. Would recommend them to everyone. I don't reply toQuestionnaire stuff, But SLR deserve that. A great business, customer focused.

I dropped it off at the agreed time, only to be told that because of the time I had dropped it off it would take a lot longer before my car was started on as close to lunch time. When I gave my keys to them, they were very casual.They did call me quite a long time later to tell me they were unable to fix the issue but quoted me a price for parts and labour. I said I would just pay for what they had done that day. Arrived to pick up my car to find no one at the desk for ages and my keys just sitting there. I rang around to get several other quotes. The other quotes were between $380 and $510 cheaper than SLR so I will be sure never to be going back there in the future.
