After many weeks spent downsizing the contents of a family home in Brisbane after the move of a loved one into Aged Care, we needed to transfer the remaining sentimental and precious items interstate to our own home in Perth. This was an emotional and exhausting time for my wife and I and we were looking for an organization to take to hassle and stress out of the packing and delivery of these items. We had considered a number of packing options but Pack and Send were recommended very highly by friends from Brisbane. From the very first phone interaction to organize the quotation visit to the packing of the items to the delivery of the items a few weeks later to us in Perth, this process has been seamless and faultless. Geoff is the most amazing customer service person. He was so attentive and helpful & even rang us to let us know that our parcel had arrived at the destination. Delivery was very fast also. Will definitely use this company again.

Excellent service. Large glass framed watercolour painting packed and sent to UK, arrived a week later, totally secure and intact.

I had some valuable glass sculptures that needed careful packaging. Bobby was amazing in how carefully he wrapped them and filled the box with filling to ensure no damage enroute. The delivery times are unpredictable atm so will wait to see how they arrive. I have every confidence they will get there undamaged. I was impressed with the friendliness and professionalism he showed.

Outstanding every time. Would never use any other organisation for OS. Australia Post repeatedly lost packages sent. Never took responsibility. I changed to Pack & Send Capalaba 3 years ago and not one glitch.
