So bought a couple of pillows here today due to the assistance of 1 of the ladies working there. She tried us with multiple pillows and demonstrated the comfort of these pillows.Well worth a visit and would recommend this store at Tweed Heads

Thanks to the amazing Maraea, very helpful and patient helping me buying some linen. Went in wanting a pillow. Came out with a whole linen set haha.. have to love the big sales now..saved about $100. The store is always clean and enjoyable. Staff always friendly and helpful and honest about best helping mixing and matching linen sets. Def be back for more no doubt. Thanks again Maraea

Disappointing customer service. Tried to return an item in original packaging but couldn't because the cardboard was missing.My intention was to exchange and buy something else and seeing as what i was returning was on special would have probably ended up spending much more. The unpleasant attitude of the assistant manager, with zero people skills, was so appalling that i left knowing that this is one store i will never step foot inside again

The store didn't have all the items I was after. However the sales lady went out of her way to contact other stores so ii could get what I wanted. Excellent service.

Love the layout of the shop, always looks nice packed with heaps of items. Staff are always super friendly. Leanne ,one of the staff members was awesome with helping us find items and match colours and was very friendly. Thank you. Top shop!
