Kingsgate Laundrette

In my opinion Kingsgate Laundrette is great and highly recommendable. The staff was very friendly and helpful - very hard-working and dedicated. They gave me detergent. The small surcharge for detergent is not worth mentioning. Round about 70 minutes for washing and drying a load. And then they gave me extra space so that I could fold my laundry. For travelors it's perfect.

Helpful attendant, reasonable price. They offer a collect next day service for a dollar. Brilliant for those with a busy life

Perfect if you're travelling as you don't need to worry about finding coins for the machines: just pay at the end. And there's plenty of cafes around to pass the time while you wait.

Love the place, love the service, love the value. my choice when I have to wash things fast and be sure of the quality.

Visiting Sydney and needed a quick reliable self-service place to do our laundry today before boarding a cruise ship. Selected Kingsgate Laundrette based on reviews, and they didn't disappoint! Very customer friendly, helpful and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!!

Great laundromat! Anthony and Anna, the owners, are very helpful and friendly. They had detergent for me and flipped my laundry from the washer to the dryer so I didn’t have to wait around. Great service and super friendly and hard working folks.NOTE- sign says open 7 days a week but I think I remember them saying they were closed on Sundays, so best to double check and phone them.I went down to Bayswater Bru coffee shop just a block to the south to do some work while I waited and the coffee shop owner knew the laundromat owners as well. She only had good things to say about them, so it was good to hear a locals recommendation too. She knows what coffee Anthony and Anna drink too so bring a coffee for them too!

Cheap price and the owners were lovely and friendly. Showed me how to use machines and exact times to come back. As a traveler it was a dream.

I just came back from these folks. They are lovely and provide a service that is fast and fantastic value for dollar – no more mucking around to get coin from the bank to feed the beat up washing machines in my apartment. Fantastic!!!

Friendliest laundromat in kings cross! Also best value for money. Definitely my favourite and I've been to them all
