I receive one of the Christmas puddings each year. The first two years following the instructions I ended up with an inedible incinerated rubber block. This year remembering past experiences I halved the heating time and ended up with a less rubbery edible item that was still far from gourmet.

I purchased in the 'gourmet' section of Coles your Trentham Tucker Lavosh rosemary and sea salt crispbread. Our family all tasted them and couldn't even bear to finish the one tasted. I threw them all out as the flavour was really terrible. I suggest you consider reviewing this recipe and perhaps source the dried rosemary from elsewhere.

I have just been fortunate enough to win a box of your gorgeous biscuits in a Weekly Times competition. What a lovely surprise...and how delicious. I will be able to share them with my friends and so spread the word..! The chocolate sienna cake has become a family favourite, I get one every year for Christmas and it is amazing! I am so happy to discover that you are based in Moorabbin, your panaforte tasted so good I thought it was from Italy!

Amazing conserves!! The raspberry lime jam is especially delectable with it's soft jelly consistency that's easy to spread. This jam is full of fruit, beautifully tangy and not overly sweet. A real hit with my family!

The cranberry and pistachio crispbread (biscotti) is unbelievably good!!I received as part of a gourmet hamper. Would be great to know where I could by this item in future.
