WEDDING BOUQUETS - Starting off with the many positives. The lady I spoke with was polite, attentive, helpful and very knowledgeable. She made sure the flowers I was after could be easily sourced and kept within my price range. The day before the wedding upon pick up, I was delighted to see my flowers were beautifully arranged and absolutely stunning. They were everything I had asked for and the lovely lady even went the extra mile to give me some baby's breath for free, gently cutting some out of other ready made flower bundles that were on display for sale (I asked for some as I wanted to use it for us girls bridal hair). I appreciated her kind act more than she will ever know, and I could ever express. When us girls reached the accommodation where we were staying the night before the wedding, I noticed something wasn't right. Upon investigating, I noticed one of the bridesmaids bouquets were missing! We called the florist the next morning at 8am to only find out that it was totally missed and wasn't even made. Fortunately, they swiftly rectified their mistake and apologized many times. Everything worked out in the end and I am not one to hold any grudges. I still highly recommend this business' services. The positives outweighed their mistake in this case. Thanks Lush Lily!

I ordered from the Loganholme store and was super impressed with the flowers I purchased. If anything, the flowers were even more beautiful than the picture on the website (which I have found to not be the case from other company’s). This was my first time purchasing from Lush Lily and the price was very very reasonable - the arrangement looked more expensive than what I paid. Great customer service from the store and the flowers were ready to be picked up the next day. Highly recommend!

I am absolutely dishusted in an experience shared by my cousin at The Lush Lily. As the bride of a wedding 24 hours away, she needed last-minute flowers in which she was quoted $25 a bunch when she called the store. She was then charged double the price by an extremely rude cashier - who rolled her eyes and held no respect - and her colleague who took 2 stems from the bouquet and treated the flowers poorly as they went to be wrapped.Not only are the workers unnecessarily rude and unfit to work with customers, their products are ridiculously overpriced. To conclude, I highly recommend not purchasing from this store.

Out of the world bouquet!My wife presented these flowers today for my B'Day and i was in disbelieve that this is real. I kept looking at this as they are so beautiful to be believed being real.Really impressed with the color selection, design, shape and the mix of flowers, leaves etc.My wife told me the customer service was great and the lady was really polite and helpful at the shop.The shop had so much to choose from and delivery option is also available.We are your customers from now on.Highly recommended!

I had ordered sunflowers for my close friends birthday. I had ordered it to be delivered to her home. She sent me a photo of these flowers, and they were literally dieing. Really embarrassing and a waste of $177. Won’t be purchasing flower from here ever again.

I cannot recommend The Lush Lily highly enough. The team truly go above and beyond ensuring not only the most beautiful arrangements are created but the highest standard in customer service is also delivered. I ordered last minute on line for an Anzac Day Wreath that I was to present at a School Ceremony. To say I was impressed with the Wreath is an understatement. It was simply beautiful and truly value for money. I received so many compliments on it, it was stunning and truly fitted the occasion, tasteful, respectful and simply gorgeous. Thank you team for absolutely everything, you truly have delivered. Nothing is too much trouble for these amazing people that obviously love what they do .
