Superb customer service. I had a rash under my arms, tried to make an appointment to see my doctor - sorry 2 weeks wait". Visited the Terry White Rostrata chemist to get something to help. The young chemist was extremely helpful. He took a look at the rash and immediately found the correct cream. Problem solved. I have always found the service to be excellent even when they are busy. I recommend them to anyone who needs medical assistance."

Worst customer service. Bought a box of mask from here and only wear once, my face had severe allergic reaction. Went to them and was told by the lady that they are just selling stuff that the producer gave them. They have no responsibility for the customer at all.

I've been using this pharmacy for many years now and I can't speak highly enough about Pharmacist, Jerome, and all the staff. Helpful and friendly with always a smile. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Outstanding customer service. I often will consult the pharmacist about medical matters before I see a doctor. Jerome in particular is very happy to provide in depth and well considered advice. I've been going to this pharmacy for over 14 years and have never had anything less than a positive experience with the staff. Well done Jerome and the rest of team!

They have a policy of price guarantee. But when I went there to buy a fish oil bottle which was in 50% discount on their own website, I was turned down as it is online price. but actually when I check more details, it is on store price as well.Then I did a click and collect and got the same thing from them for 50%. I had to make two trips to buy for the price they advertise on their own web let alone price match garante
