No one wanted to help when I went in to look at shoes, there were 2 people behind the counter and not 1 asked if I needed a hand or even acknowledged I was walking around but jumped at the lady after me and the 3 ladies that walked in after her......... can't comment on the customer service as there isn't any.... My money spends just as well as theirs ..........more training in customer service is greatly needed...

I usually don’t do reviews but this is well deserved, I Went into David Jones green-hills with my Mother for a retail therapy mum and daughter kind of day. We had the best customer service encounter from a lady I believe is name Sally from her name badge, she had such a kind and warm personality. Sally really made our day with how positive our experience was, very helpful with cosmetics and especially fragrance. Encounters like this really make peoples whole week even, so 5 stars for customer service and respect and I thought this deserved an excellent review.

Bad management. Managers do not encourage team member engagement, expression, and creativity. No wonder I end up seeing team members quit and see them on other shops working!

Have not been to David Jones in years, was pleasently suprised at how great the store was, reputation proceeds it, it was the upper echelon of retail, beautifully appointed lovely range of the finer things. The reject shop it is not. A fine retail experience.

I want to thank the staff from Mimco at David Jones Green Hills. Especially a big thank you to Libby who's gone above and beyond to help me find the exact bag that I wanted over the phone, was able to take payment over the phone posted and packaged it up so nicely. I also want to thank Ayanna. I wasn't sure where the package was at and she was able to update me with the tracking and on the same day. The level of customer service has been exceptional, amazing and excellent and I am just so happy with my shopping experience at this store.

Love DJz and everything they always have on display. The staff are always very helpful and usually knowledgeable in the department their in. Only ever buy when they have specials or clearance as the everyday prices are high, but you pay a premium for a quality store and assistance.
