I have just booked an overseas holiday and Flight Centre Beaudessert helped us with our flights there and back.I highly recommend having a chat with Carmen Hawken, very pleasant and helpful and in my occasion had a change of heart with plane seating...but not an issue...was able to overcome that without any dramas.So,so helpful and great communication a true professional and that makes for happy customers.Highly recommend anyone to go see her for your next break away,you won't be disappointed.Cheers Carmen and thank you.✨

If you are shopping around for the best flight prices etc this is not the place for you as the woman that served me was soooo pushy, rude and ignorant to my needs in what I was looking for in a holiday I never went back. Even though Browns Plains is a drive further away from home I would highly recommend Browns Plains staff over Beaudesert any day. The woman was the oldest in the store at Beaudesert you would think you would get a more friendlier service NO WAY the younger staff are much better and they DO listen to you !!!!

Ryan consistently could not get dates, names or facts straight, even when told they were wrong. On the day of departure it has been found that he has messed up a birth date, even after being corrected about that birth date more than once. Very dissatisfied as it has caused much stress and anxiety.
