Bad sandwich's. Bad sandwich makers. Can't take a simple order and will no doubt mess up your sandwich. Food is pretty stale and bland honestly sandwich chefs used to be pretty good. Now it's just another food outlet focusing on how to make more money from their product than delivering a good product itself.

This place is a rip off. $21 for a chicken schnitzel sandwich with lettuce, 2 thin slices of tomato, carrot and onion + a bottle of water???? don’t go here!

Got a roast pork roll with gravy and apple, and was surprised to find it a bit tasteless and not much meat sadly.Had to try it as it seems pretty busy.Must have been a bad day we visited.

Worst customer service ever!!!Stood at the counter to order a sandwich, two staff are in the back which is about three metres away and can both see me. One stays there and avoids eye contact and the other comes out the front, walks right past me to start fiddling around with the position of the lettuce in the cabinet next to me. She was one metre away and ignoring me purposefully. I waited for five minutes and just got ignored (no other customers there) so I left. Glad they’re making so much money they can just ignore customers when they don’t feel like serving. Lucky them

Got a roast pork wrap the other day. For $16 I wouldn't have expected dry, overcooked pork. Very average and overpriced food. Wouldn't go again though.

My salad that I purchased just today tasted lovely, however I ate a caterpillar which was concealed inside the lettuce. As you could imagine this was quite disturbing. I don't think I'll be making any further purchases at this location. I have a video and photos if wanted

I have so far tried the Bahn min and Cubano sandwiches/rolls and both were amazing. The quality and quantity of them was impressive to say the least. The highlight for me was the 14-hour slow cooked pork which was unlike anything I would have imagined from a simple looking takeaway.An extra note, if you ask for your sandwich to be toasted, they don't just zap in a big oven, they use a plain old sandwich press which transfers the heat so well your whole sandwich will be beautifully warm and melty. Beware though this takes about 5 extra minutes.
