Where to Start?1. I didn't get my coke I ordered2. the Crispy potato's won't even Cooked3. the family chips won't a family chips the box wasn't even full!won't be getting this any more.would leave zero stars if it was possible.

I would give no stars if it were an option. The manager here is rude, arrogant and uncooperative. If you have an issue she will start rambling on about contracts and production costs and refuses refunds. She will also tell you that she is not a charity and laugh at you.1.5 hours wait for food that was ordered through the website and to be told that it being cold is not red roosters problem when it was handed to a driver 1.15 hours before it arrived is not sufficient. Told to lodge a refund through the app because glitches stop her from being able to do it... What app? Absolutely the worst customer service experience you will get. No wonder Karen's dinner is closing down, red rooster panania has taken their business!Last time I ordered they forgot a whole meal, the time before no chips for any of the meals. Exceptional management focussed on herself than running a business.Do yourself a favour and order from somewhere else.

I bought 2 Ripa rolls and chips to day and if was discusting my sister in law and i through it in the bin it tasted off the best part was the gravy

Wrong orders, no refunds, said can’t do anything about it. Are you kidding me? Girl at the front is fine, management at the back is disgusting, cowards don’t even have the guts to come up and speak up. Good on ya champs.

Friendly and prompt service at this store. Roasted chicken preferred over the usual fried chicken. Plenty of parkings within the compound of the restaurant and they also have drive through.

i came here with my family and we ordered a few severs of chips, i didn’t have any money left on me and i was very thirsty after the chips. when i went to ask the young girl at the counter to ask for a cup of water. She said no you can purchase a bottle but we can’t give water. i thought this was extremely rude and unprofessional. Adding on, the only booth that was their we sat at and it had sauce and oli and crumbs, it was DISGUSTING.

Potato gravy has very weird taste, chips wasn't fresh, seeing staff used microwave for burgers. Not worthy for the price, very disappointed won't go back.
