Ordered a sweet chilli chicken and a snack zuchinni chips, got the burger and a large potato chips, they said that is not what i ordered but they replaced it anyway, zuchinni chips came out 5 mins later and were way over cooked. 2 stars only because of the burger

I couldn't see this guy jack over the counter, I was served by a Grill'd hat for all I know. Would definitely recommend getting foot step. The food was great. Floor was slipperely though

Without going to the unnecessary extremes as some burger joints are known to, Grill'd consistently produce the finest quality burgers I've tried. The menu covers all bases & is periodically expanded with new innovative offerings. 9.5/10

Person serving disinterested. Couldn't even repeat the order back correctly. Burger is burnt to a char - see pic. Not the first time this has happened. Probably won't be the last.

Always consistent quality burgers and good price for what you get. Staff do an amazing job dealing with the hectic peak times and are always friendly

Tonight I was in the mood for some grill'd which led me to this amazing establishment. I got my favourite burger (Garden Goodness). Staff are so nice, especially energetic Molly who clearly loves working there.

Stay away from this place, unorganised chaos lack of service and cold food. First they made me wait 30 mins and then kept food aside instead of calling out that food is ready. Disappointed I hope the shop owner is taking notice of reviews.Soggy chips and cold burger if that is what you need go here!

Was a really good consistent burger. However they’ve changed the buns, they’re both smaller and dryer. Not sure if it’s permanent but was the same the last few time I’ve been to Elst Grilld.

Friendly staff behind the counter.Good quality food. Had a couple of Mighty Melbourne burgers Chips and Super salad with chicken.
