Albion Park Southern.IML Drive-through Pop-up clinic

I’m highly disappointed by the Covid testing staff at this drive-through site. The worst I have experienced as someone who is tested regularly due to the industry I work in. Being polite can go a long way. We are all going through unprecedented times, and if you’ve had a bad day, that’s ok! We all do. However, I recommend conducting yourself with professionalism at all times and if you cannot accommodate for more people to get tested, simply say so with compassion and reason. A simple “ not serving you” through the car window is unacceptable.

Wrong address on the website, and no signage. Good help when we got there, though.

Waited for over an hour lady left and didn’t come back with a heap of cars sitting waiting not knowing what was happening.Waste of time!

I was just there about 1:07 n after waiting not too long I was next in line to go in the tent, but I had to wait as what looked like a nurse came from some where away from the testing tent stood in front of my car with no mask. Blocking my entry to the tent. She walked into the tent n got some stuff from below the table I think some masks but could not tell. She was there for about 4 min. She spoke to the nurses while she was there. I could not hear them but it looked like no one told her she should not be there with out a mask. The whole time she was there she did not have a mask or any other ppe. N this was in the testing tent. N there was about 30 cars waiting so busy.Not good. I wish I took a pic

Always lovely and helpful. Thank God some people care for others. The amount of 1 star reviews on here just dictates the type of people these nurses have to put up with...

No opening hours stated on line - an answer in Q&A had a reply of 8am to 6pm- got there 3.30pm closed - a faded old sign on the tent says 8am to 3pm

Please update your hours and the Google location.Not only did I get the runaround going between Tongarra Rd and the sporting complex, when I finally did get there at 2:36pm on a Sunday your staff were already packing up which is well before the clearly signposted time of 3pm.
