we have chosen to express our dissatisfaction with the inadequate communication experienced during our attempt to order parts. Furthermore, we would like to highlight the exorbitant prices initially quoted for a scuff plate installation. Initially, an attempt was made to charge an excessive amount of $406 for the service. However, after making several calls, the price was eventually reduced to $123, which only covered the cost of gluing the part. We would like to commend Helder for his exceptional assistance in resolving this matter. Nevertheless, we advise caution regarding the pricing practices of this particular business.

DO NOT go near this dealership. They are rude and incompetent, and they should be shutdown. We took our vehicle there for a warranty repair, and they took 4 weeks to repair what should have taken 1 day. The whole time was spent calling them to request they send the necessary information to Hyundai Australia. When the car was ready to collect they refused to provide a statement of the work conducted. Take your car elsewhere.Suttons Arncliffe please don't respond to this review claiming you are apologetic for my experience, because you couldn't care less!

Daniel and Ash serviced my car today. They did a fantastic job and kept me well informed throughout the day.Ferlon my advisor was a great pleasure to deal with. Her service was fantastic and she had a beautiful smile on her face all day long.Complimentary coffee tea biscuits and cereal all day long.Highly recommend this amazing team!

First time I took my Hyundai for service at this dealership since the one at Zetland has closed down. The staff there were professional. kept me informed of the progress. The waiting area was spacious, coffee and snacks were available for free. The courtesy bus service was good.

I enjoyed having my 125km service done at Subaru Suttons Arncliffe. They provide a shuttle bus to and from home, a comfortable waiting area to work or relax with some breakfast and a coffee machine. I particularly liked that after my service was done, I was sent a link with a video from the mechanic explaining and showing what they checked on my car and why things needed to be repaired or replaced. Having my service done at Suttons was more costly compared to other places I checked but the service I received made me feel well-compensated.

Aaron did an exceptional job of helping me buy my ASX Exceed. Alena was also really clear with the information for the extras. I wish they had more combinations for the extras packages as there were some I didn’t want but the good ones were in the most expensive package, valued around 5k. Overall a positive experience with Suttons Arncliffe.

After bringing my Triton to Camden motors for 4 years ,I decided to give this place a go for a general service as my wife had the 8 month old and 20 mins from the house as opposed to 1 hr drive.94 k on the clock brand new engine , asked specifically for a general service as last service in camden was told the car is perfect .My wife rings to inform me that it will be 717 dollars and a whole in in there as they need to do the 120 k check which is extensive....reminding you its 94 k on the clock.After ringing and getting through a mechanic tells me im lucky" because normal it cost 1200 to 1500 (im realising im getting duped at this point but working 60 hrs a week and 80 metres below sydney i didnt have time ).So im getting this "extensive" service 2 years early for my own good .So with my wife and 8 month old waiting in the city for a call

I would NOT recommend Suttons Arncliffe. Took my car in for a service and to get leaf springs fixed under warranty, the car came back worse than when it went in.Leaf springs not fixed......still making noise, brakes are now squealing like crazy and they weren't before it went in, they wouldn't replace air conditioning belt, which they claimed is wear and tear and not under warranty....car had only done 30,000km, when I started having problems. They also told me the car was ready to be picked up and I still had to wait 2.5h hours after i arrived.They are a bunch of amateurs and judging by the amount of negative google reviews, that should be enough for anyone to stay clear.They couldn't care less about the customer.
